Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking via invoice or online payment link. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

14+ days before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
7-13 days before session: 50% refund or free rescheduling
Less than 7 days before session: No refund, rescheduling subject to €50 fee
No-shows: No refund
 

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if done at least 14 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur a €50 administrative fee.

Force Majeure
In case of illness (yours or mine), emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we'll work together to find a fair solution—either rescheduling or issuing a refund at my discretion.
